Jason Flanagan
Born and raised in Bargaintown,
New Jersey, I grew up with a passion
for martial arts, and physical
training. Always having an interest in
drawing, and basic art, but I pursued
my love for fighting.
After being in a serious motorcycle
accident, involving a head on
collision with a car, I found myself
living my life in a depression. A
depression I kept hidden from my
family, and friends.
I knew I had to find someway of
dealing with it. So I turned to my
interest in art. It became a great
way for me to escape.
Putting on some music, and painting
for hours, gave me freedom from life.
And as you can probably tell, by
most of my work, music has a big
influence on my art.
Now, what started as an escape
from depression, has become my
passion.
I thrive on my passions.
And so I paint...
